The Online Delivery Model (ODM), was developed by JCLEC and introduced in June 2020, providing a popular alternative to face-to-face program delivery.

The point of difference between the JCLEC ODM and the use of a webinar based platform without support, is the ‘engine room’ staffed by JCLEC interpreters, events management team members, ICT staff and a production manager.

JCLEC manages registrations and admissions, provides technical support, manages the use of audio/visual tools, provides pre-program training for participants and provides a discussion facilitator when requested.
