This visit marks an important step in fostering closer collaboration and mutual understanding between our institutions, as part of ongoing efforts to strengthen institutional cooperation and engagement. The visit reflected the continued partnership between the two institutions in supporting capacity-building and professional development initiatives.

The visit began with a courtesy meeting between the U.S. Embassy / OPDAT delegation and JCLEC Management. The meeting provided an opportunity for in-depth discussions on JCLEC’s vision and missions, strategic priorities, current programs, as well as the exchange of views on areas of mutual interest and potential future collaboration. The discussions highlighted the importance of sustained cooperation and knowledge sharing in achieving shared objectives.

Following the meeting, a delegation participated in a guided tour of JCLEC’s facilities. The tour offered insight into JCLEC’s training environment, learning infrastructure, and operational support systems, allowing the delegation to gain a comprehensive understanding of JCLEC’s capabilities and role.
