Having served as JCLEC HETS from September 2021 to June 2026, F.A. Condon played a significant role in supporting JCLEC’s mission to strengthen regional law enforcement cooperation through training, capacity building, and strategic partnerships. Throughout his five years of service, he demonstrated exceptional leadership, professionalism, and commitment to advancing JCLEC’s objectives across the region.

As a lasting tribute to his contributions, a commemorative tree was planted within the JCLEC grounds. The ceremony symbolised growth, resilience, and the enduring impact of his leadership and dedication.

The day’s events concluded with a farewell dinner attended by JCLEC Management, all JCLEC staff, and sponsor agencies, providing an opportunity to reflect on F.A. Condon’s achievements, celebrate shared successes, and express appreciation for his service.
